Ruby red with purple reflections. Ripe red fruits dominate the nose: plum, cherry, currant and blueberry. The sip is soft and enveloping, with good structure and a dry and harmonious finish. A Merlot that gracefully interprets the Sicilian terroir.
It goes well with roasts, stewed meats, medium-aged cheeses and boiled meats.
