WHITE TRIÁNTATRÍA
Intense and brilliant yellow. Blend of native white grape varieties, harvested at advanced ripeness. Fermentation in white and full refinement in acacia barriques for 12 months, followed by 10 months in the bottle. Prolonged manual bâtonnage on fine lees, without forced clarification. Notes of sage, ripe pear and balsamic on the nose. The sip is structured, saline, dynamic, constantly evolving.
Designed for technical palates and wine lovers; it perfectly accompanies complex seafood dishes, sushi, shellfish and signature cuisine.

RED TRIÁNTATRÍA
Deep and intense red. Blend of indigenous varieties vinified separately with long maceration. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months and further rest in the bottle. On the nose emerge blueberries, cherries and currants, wrapped in sweet spices and tobacco. The sip is powerful but measured, with balance, softness and great harmony.
To accompany red meats, furred game, mature cheeses or to be enjoyed as a meditation wine.
